For example all upholstery must meet current fire retardant standards, you must have a smoke alarm fitted and your gas and electrical appliances must be checked regularly.
You must ensure that your guests will be safe staying in your property so that they can fully enjoy their holiday in Scotland. You do not want to be held liable for any accidents caused by your negligence.
